25 Years

Comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use conditions.

25 Years

Extended warranty for pipe systems including UV stabilization and pressure rating guarantees.

5 Years

Warranty covers slip-clutch mechanism and body integrity for outdoor installations.

Warranty against material defects and UV degradation for accessory products.

Products must be installed according to UNITWIST specifications and guidelines

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse or improper installation

Original proof of purchase required for warranty claims

System pressure must not exceed rated specifications

Water temperature must remain within product specifications

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect installation or non-compliance with installation guidelines

Normal wear and tear from regular use

•

Damage from freezing, chemical contamination, or exposure to incompatible substances

•

Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel

•

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or failure to maintain proper system conditions

Our technical team will review your claim and may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

Once approved, we'll arrange for product replacement or repair. Turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days.
